I sent back a couple of watches for refund but got an email saying they cannot as the watches were damaged (tiny slit on the back apparently), including on one I didn’t even take out of the box. They would hear nothing of it and offered me only to send me back the damaged watch and make the best of it. Felt insulted by the offer as it obviously came with the slit. But somehow Linjer thinks...
