Do you prefer user manual or personalized tech support?
While using an enterprise platform, we often need to search the help section, find the relevant document and then flip screens [read the instructions from manual and then execute them]. I never liked this approach as frequent back and forth resulted in zero learning.
I am solving that problem with iWish. Here is an example of a rep creating an opportunity in Salesforce....

There are a few other use cases. For example, as an Engineer you can record yourself. That recording gets converted into a user manual and what we call "Live Help". Your QA team then can use these two to perform testing.

As I did not hear on this, should I assume that all the Engineers and Product Managers here LOVE to create User Manuals/IFU/DFU manually? Don't be shy folks. I know that you get hounded by Marketing and Customer Support on missing/incorrect manuals. You would rather code(engineers) or talk to customer/sales (Product Managers). Give me feedback so that you could be free to do what you want.

Did this problem get solved for you? We are launching a new product in a few days that do 2 things: 1. It makes a pdf manual 2. It creates a voice enables interactive bot that works as if someone is guiding you step by step. In the voice instructions, a user can ask to skip something/ask clarification etc. Would love to share more, if interested.

After I sold my previous company, I suddenly had a big sales/support team. Despite of repeated training and collateral, they kept on asking me the same questions (iMessage, Teams, Email, Call).
