Cool, while I'm not as familiar with webflow, I became pretty experienced with Shopify and always found it a little too simplistic. Cool, support on autopilot makes customer much more likely to engage. We also launched on product hunt today (Lancey), we aggregate user feedback for product teams. I imagine these customer support conversations are a treasure trove of user feedback insights. Looks like we share the same vision for a personalized, user driven product experience.

This is a really interesting approach to inbound sales. With just a small amount of information & AI, you could answer any questions customers have at scale. In my experience, a personalized response dramatically increases sales. PS: we also launch on product hunt today, check us out (Lancey).

This is really interesting. We aggregate user feedback & validate it with product events data. I imagine we could do the same validation with user journeys but perhaps with more context. Would be super interesting to combine the quantitative user journeys from Shepherd with qualitative user feedback that our client's have. Check Lancey out, we also launched on product hunt today.

This is great, I had lots of logistical problems last time I was on a cruise. Do you think you'd incorporate bookings for excursions within the cruise in the future? Cool, super useful if embedded in web apps; makes a developers life much easier. We just launched our user feedback tool on Product Hunt today as well (Lancey), we aggregate user feedback, and I could totally see how a heatmap of which regions are over or underrepresented in feedback being useful.
