I get joy from my work bringing special people together to do extraordinary things. I focus on creating capabilities by forming and ensuring a safe space in which the team and clients and can understand, conceive, and craft outstanding products and services, together. I believe that good and hard work should make both the creator and the owner happy and proud. Design is a team effort, but with the right time and resources, a small team of good designers and engineers can make huge strides.
