This is fantastic, @basv š Congrats! (I just subscribed) And thank you, because I think there is a knowledge gap out there for B2B SAAS Zero To One (ie first 10 paying customers) strategies and execution, and the stories of real people nailing this. Looking forward to getting into this

Among some obvious world-famous ones, I salute the niche ones that do a particular task really well, such as BrandBird (branded screenshots) by @draptis and The Noun Project (icons) by @edwardboatman

Top question! Do you PH people think that by the time of the launch, you should have a clear go-to-market strategy with the value proposition and battle-tested messaging OR do you dare to launch to find users in new industry verticals and develop your offering further together with them?
How do you understand that it's the perfect time to launch?

This a great hands-on magic wand checklist for wrapping up the year; thank you. @basv could you clarify what you mean by "transformations" ā is that a sort of value proposition?
One other element I would add to section 6 is to re-purpose those target audience insights from section 1 and generate more publishable client "quotes" to improve the trust of your landing page. And, of course, to be...

Congrats š As an early adaptor, I must admit that Session was so novel and sticky that I had a fair amount of questions (and requests) thrown at the team who always kindly and promptly responded.
It made us reach new frontiers in meetings for example for enterprise client onboardings.
Session is the kind of product that aims to create its own category with a good chance of already nailing...

Hi Ahmed, I think resumes will expand with video intros.
For teams, small or large, requesting video intros as part of the recruitment process makes sense. Because company culture matters and video carries culture significantly better than text.
Reviewing hundreds of applicants is time-consuming, especially for small teams with no HR peeps. It is easy to draw thresholds for candidate...
Do you think resumes are going to end?

Hey Mayank. At this point, getting feedback and testimonials via video is probably as easy as getting it in the text but certainly more valuable.
Video captures context and sentiment a million times better than text. Plus, video is future-proof (it is the age of reputation)!
The timing of asking for feedback is critical, depending on what you are trying to capture. Internal feedback to...

Hi Sveta, good question, and I think discussions with users should be the key to lean (on).
Prospects are very good at pointing out future features, yet existing clients (and the team, ofc) should be deciding what to prioritise based on the value proposition of your product.
As a PM, this always brings new features to my focus. So many of them actually, that we internally refer to the "myth...
How do you come up with ideas for new features (products)?

Congrats! Super is a product that inspires us to create better tools. I was a beta user for v2 and have to say that the speed of launching new features is Super impressive. The team is amazing, customer support is usually with the founders themselves which tell a lot about their dedication to their product. I recommend the product to everyone who is looking into easy website publishing.

Eases the fear of missing out.
Pros: Video briefs are the future of bite-sized news consumption.
Cons: As this product grows, I would be interested to receive dedicated Tech Memos in different tech fields such as social networks or podcasts.
