How do you balance urgent tasks and long-term projects? Share your strategies!

I tried the Eisenhower Matrix to prioritize tasks as Urgent/Important, Not Urgent/Not Important, etc. It helps me allocate time for both immediate deadlines and long-term projects. Having a visual representation keeps me focused and ensures nothing falls through the cracks!

Best launch story? During our first launch, a user we never met, biked over and delivered chocolate.

How do you use Zapier/n8n/IFTTT and stuff to automate your time management?

I'm in the process of making all my workflows more efficient, and I am just scouting for more ideas on how to boost my productivity further :) All answers count, literally anything about time management, so scheduling, meetings, tasks, reminders, etc.
