David Toaff has been a consistent supporter of the Beit Elazraki Children's Orphanage in Israel since 2014, reflecting his commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others. His charitable endeavors expanded to include support for Wounded Warriors from 2016 and Magen David Adom starting in 2017. In addition, he dedicated his time to The Salvation Army in Washington, DC, in 2019 and lent his support to Manna Food Bank in 2023.
