I've been making since 1999. In 2023 I ended an 11-year stint as one of Amazon's top UX designers. I worked on dozens of the biggest launches and new products – in fact, if you've shopped Amazon at all in the past decade, you've seen a lot of my work! I met with Jeff Bezos about once a quarter on average to review my work on projects he was interested in. In 2023 I launched Form, an independent app studio, in order to make hand-crafted digital products that add value to our lives. I believe digital products should be gorgeous and stir our emotions. I believe digital products should be uncompromisingly easy for everyone to use. I believe in honest customer relationships and simple product pricing. I do not believe in selling ads or profiting from customer information.
