I built this little calculator so you can easily see what your salary or hourly wage should be with an inflation adjustment. You can even share the calculated result with your employer if you need some additional ammunition to advocate for that pay hike!
At this time only has US Inflation numbers, but all code is open source on GitHub and feedback is welcome.
