I have always been quite disorganized with birthdays. At some point Facebook was my main "birthday reminder" but then with so many connections who were not real friends I started getting "notification blindness" and missing some birthdays. Then I tried a few apps but they would all have the same issue, the alerts would come via push notification and if you are like me, you tend to ignore...
