Hinge by far. The profiles go into greater depth, and I like the ability to comment on each other’s photos or prompts: It leads to a more organic discussion from the get go instead of just a simple like (swipe left or right).

In my opinion, some face-to-face is necessary. Research shows that only around ~6-7% of the message someone receives is the content of what was actually said, the rest is nonverbal cues.
