Nice job @thedudlian. I've found some great outbound sponsors through your site (Jesspicks has been one of our favorites). Glad to see the functionality increasing and keep up the good work.

Yo!
So, three months ago Melbourne entered the world's strictest lockdown and I started a weekly newsletter. (So original, I know!)
I'm now 13 issues in and it's going pretty well.
What are Alternative Assets?

One of the best ways to learn is to integrate it so seamlessly into your daily routine that you forget you're even doing it. You don't need AR, you don't need endless lessons, you just need something simple like this. Awesome job guys, I mean it.

Am I the only one that thinks it's a bit odd to call this "mentorship?"
Mentorship is when an experienced, knowledgeable person *helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person* It's not a financial transaction.
I mean, paying for time with an expert is great! Cool product for sure.
But if money is involved, let's call it what it is: Consulting.

What is your policy around betting on deaths, acts of war, terrorism, etc? Can anyone create a market in anything, or are the markets monitored? If so by whom?

There are ideas that sound great on paper, but are but terrible in reality.
I think this has the opposite problem. It’s not necessarily a terrible idea in reality, but the branding and optics are horrific.
I’d say good luck, but I’m not sure I want this to succeed, because a society where something like this was mainstream is like something out of a bad 70s movie.

Nice design. Are "adaptogens" proven in any way? Some light Googling indicates the science is severely lacking. I mean, Gwyneth Paltrow and Alex Jones both endorse them. Not trolling, just very skeptical. Enlighten me. :)

Interesting concept. I'd think most people who can afford a home in SF would have the cash to just plop one of these down themselves. Why split the profits forever just to save $20k?

Cool. Reminds me a bit of what Wildcard was trying to do a few years ago (simplifying & beautifying the ugly mobile web..especially news sites). Good luck guys!
