We just pushed features to improve onboarding during our launch. Anything you did when you launched?
And it immediately made a difference 😃 We noticed issues with organisation titles and pushed a small helpful validation message, and also with API uploads. Now any user can quickly go through our app 🚝.

I'm already the product guy so I wouldn't hire another one. Everyone needs to wear multiple hats but I would go for:
1. Front-end specialist developer
2. Back-end specialist developer
3. Full-stack developer
4. UI/Marketing designer
5. Growth hacker/Content specialist

Start by adding a simple Loom video on your site that explains what you can make with your platform. I just took a look at your site and I don't understand how your product works or see an example of what a portfolio could look like. I can imagine others will have the same thoughts. Ask people you know directly for feedback on the platform, and ask them to recommend other people you should be...
