Dávid is the Chief Product Officer at Formlabs, a desktop 3D printing company. Formlabs produces high-resolution desktop 3D printers for engineers and designers. In his role, Dávid is responsible for delivering the best desktop 3D printing experience on the market for engineers, designers and professionals out there. Prior to Formlabs Dávid founded Sold., an automated peer-to-peer selling service, which after receiving funding from Google Ventures, Matrix partners, Greylock partners and a number of angel investors was acquired by Dropbox in 2013. Dávid, a native of Hungary, studied EE and Nanosciences in TU Budapest and TU Delft, before receiving his masters from the MIT Media Lab in Cambridge from Prof. Hiroshi Ishii’s Tangible Media Group.
