This looks cool - it would be great triage personal contacts with leads/prospects/customers in other tools. Historically, I've done this through exporting LinkedIn contacts from team mates and running vlookups, or using FullContact's social data.
Let's see the API! It would be great to be able to flexibly identify & resolve identities based on other attributes like email / social handles...
