No AI related questions can have a clear answer nowadays. AI itself is a new startup or entrepreneur that doesn't know what it is and still figuring out itself up. Answers now could be different in 1-2 years and maybe less.

SEO would be easy to generate using AI. BUT - It is more related to what your competition is doing. Anyone can write standard SEO which is just basic information about your app or website. You need to do some research and check how you can overcome your competitions SEO and rank higher than them. Not easy as a startup though,
