Do you attend startup events?
This week, my partner and I went to Web Summit in Lisbon. We chatted with fellow startup founders, got a feel for the community, and tested some of our hypotheses. Overall, it was time well spent. I highly recommend attending events like this! What do you think about it?

There’s something called a lead magnet—that’s exactly what you’re asking about. Google how it works.

I prepare SEO materials in advance so they have time to get indexed. Right after the launch, I primarily focus on leveraging social media.

Hi Guillaume, nice to meet you! Don’t be afraid of launching similar products. In fact, it might be a good thing. It could mean that there's demand for them. And good luck with your launch! Make sure to gather enough followers for support beforehand.

Yes, it works at least for our team. We meet in person a couple of times a year, but we communicate remotely just fine the rest of the time. So, I don’t see any problems at all.

It’s hard to say in abstract terms. It depends on the organization, its structure, goals, and the quality of the employees.

I’m personally reaching out to my contacts to find my first users. The most important thing is to gather feedback from them to find product-market fit.

I’ve been freelancing for two years now, and I’m really happy with it. There’s less job security, of course, but the pay is much better. As for integration, it mostly depends on the company culture. In my case, I have a good relationship with my manager, who helpt me integrate.

I'm missing the ability to manage contacts, especially sorting and filtering options.
