Hey Victoria, really the only way to handle burnout is through prevention. Once it hits it can take a while to get out of. The thing is that burnout is not just emotional or psychological, there are also physiological issues that develop in the body and even neural changes that happen to the brain. The most important thing is to learn to manage your stress while it's happening. The body's...

I think you want to go with something that has the user benefit in it. So for me, I navigate the web all day, copy URLS and then just drop them on a document frequently to be forgotten. So if I could have a place that organized them by date or by what I was searching that would almost act as my perfect memory. It would save me time, effort, frustration, and content...so something like your url...

I only use Twitter when there's something going on because I find that there's so many different news sources posted there, you can kind of get a full picture. It helps me avoid the echo chamber effect. There's also some hilarious memes and conversations, so occasionally it's a riot to be on. However the people who head on there just to fight with strangers have no idea the damage they are...

Stock footage industry will get very refined, essentially putting agencies out of business. Someone will come up with an AI that can make successful advertising. And, for personal interest, stress management/workplace wellness will become more and more important because sooner or later there's going to be a watershed lawsuit.

For me it was a bit of both. I've long been on a mission to try and help people improve their psychological states of being and this kind of kept me very open to "where are there problems I can solve". When I hit my professional burnout I didn't know that I could solve that problem until I stumbled on the science that showed me how. After I discovered that the problem could be solved, it became...

Hi there, I still do brand consulting to pay my bills while I work on my app and I actively use archetypes in my work. I actually mix the Jungian archetypes together with the Myers-Briggs. The MB was based on Jung but they still have a little bit of different flavors. I think it's important, particularly in an age of social media, to understand what motivates the brand, what its ambitions are,...

I think it's great that you're working on teenagers. The earlier that mental health issues present the greater the risk there is for them to become chronic problems. This is a target that's at great risk, particularly since the part of the brain that we need to rationalize our way out of sadness or anxiety doesn't isn't fully formed until we're 25. Wishing you the best of luck with your project!
