When visiting large companies, I found out that lots of people tend to use refresh tools as "screen savers" on sites with changing content (like weather sites), but non of those tools was smart enough to crawl and refresh *many* web pages. I would add some notes about what it your motivation, I'm sure that your intentions are clean but it looks a bit suspicious. Also - NDA should be signed *before* people submit their ideas. There is also a risk that the NDA won't be valid in your territory (Ukraine) due to local laws, I mean - NDA is a deed / agreement and is bound by the laws of the state it is signed in. I'm not sure it could...

I actually believe those the of ideas are the hope to stop or at least slow down the monopolization of the big techs. Consider adding more value ,i.e. additional functionalities on top of the commenting options, like for example complete social media experience (comments which are done, but also likes, reviews, share and maybe containers of discussion groups by categories)
