I really wonder how everybody is looking at this? I see more and more developers on X, for example, working on their personal branding by developing in public. With that, I mean sharing their work and tips and tricks. And is building a personal brand better than cold outreach for BD?

What's the most unexpected challenge you've faced with remote work?
I never foresaw the 'time zone tango' πππΊ Operating globally means my workday might start with a morning meeting in Tokyo and conclude with late-night discussions in California. These long hours made me feel drained. to combat this, I started scheduling 'no-meeting blocks' π«π
throughout my week to give myself time to recharge and dive into deep work. π‘π

How Essential Is User Feedback in Your Product Iteration Cycle?
π We gather user feedback through sales data, support tickets, social media, surveys, and automated tools. This information is vital, but sometimes, we trust our instincts and experience over data.
π‘How do you balance user feedback with intuition in product development?

Yes, within 5 years, AI will significantly impact marketing. Generative AI already creates images and text, but upcoming advancements, and looking at what NVIDIA is building we're talking about a 1000X.
In this next wave AI will be able to handle sequence-based tasks. This means AI can conduct market research, create and track marketing campaigns, make adjustments, and more. AI's takeover of...

As an EU born and I know that the EU has a serious focus on regulation EVERYTHING: Regulations are key, but maybe focus less on restrictions and more on:
1. Building bridges: Collaborate with the US for earlier access.
2. Supporting our own AI: Invest in the EU AI ecosystem to compete.
Let's vent! π¬ Limited Global Access to Advanced AI LLMs due to US-first launches is frustrating. π

Let's vent! π¬ Limited Global Access to Advanced AI LLMs due to US-first launches is frustrating. π
We're seeing a trend of advanced AI Large Language Models (LLMs) like Claude 3 launching first in the US, leaving the rest of the world waiting. While the US might get a head start, this limited access creates a frustrating gap.
What are your thoughts? Is this a temporary roadblock, or a sign of a widening global AI access divide?

Blame the code or the coder? Holding devs personally liable might sound flashy, but ignores the bigger picture. We must address the data, algorithms, and societal factors feeding the bias monster. Let's fix the system, not just punish the programmers.
Should AI developers be held personally liable for the biases present in their models?

I like giving a time frame upfront and cutting short once I realize it's a ''non-starter'' what also helps is to have a voice-only meeting.
Do you struggle with unproductive meetings?
