AI can definitely help optimize energy usage and resource allocation to reduce emissions, but we need to make sure training huge AI models doesn't itself have a massive carbon footprint. I think coupling AI efficiency improvements with a shift to renewable energy for powering data centers is key. Would love to see more discussion on actionable ways to make AI greener!

Absolutely! I make sure to get at least 150-200 minutes of moderate cardio like brisk walking or light jogging each week. It's great for overall health and wellness. My favorite activity is doing a 45 min walk/jog around the neighborhood park every other morning before work. Getting outside in nature is so invigorating! I also try to lift weights 2-3x per week to maintain strength and muscle....
