Congrats Simao! I can defintely see the potential on a tool alike.
Something that comes to mind is what happens after someone submits an idea? Is there any follow-up or reward of some sort for the submitter?
The reason I've seen why people stop contributing is "inaction". Maybe include some kind of "accountable" or "driver" to keep people informed afterward?

So happy to see that burnout it's being taken seriously in the industry.
I remember feeling miserable, completely disconnected from my work, and those around me in my past experience as an engineer manager. I didn't really know what was going on back then, but I was burned out. Mentally exhausted.
Looking forward to seeing how you help others to prevent this from happening :)
