OfferUp has been using Advize for about 6 months. In that time the product has exploded in its features and capabilities.
Pros: Advize has enabled us to identify top pain points in our customer journey by utilizing all of our customer feedback channels.
Cons: There are a few improvements that would help streamline workflow in the tool which they are working on.
