Subscription Based Curated SEO Support
Hey All,
I am working on creating a hybrid model for SEO strategy/support for Startups. Hybrid in that it is an expert SEO consultant curating recommendations, and info on how to complete tasks internally monthly for a fixed fee. I would love to know:
a) Any features you would like to see?

As StartUp Owners Do You Think You Marketing/SEO Comes Later?
Hi All,
I've been working with startups over the years, and was curious if I can add more data to better see a potential trend line I'm seeing in terms of WHEN SEO and marketing should be started in the lifecycle of the company.
Do you think spending money on Marketing before launch is worth it?
When do you see Marketing entering the picture in a meaningful way?

- Page speed / Mobile Experience
- Image compression and setting proper image sizes.
- CDN implementation
- CSS/Java...

I agree with @vladimir_zivkovic. I would start with one market personally - get to know everything about it in terms of success and failures. Then take those learnings to the next market. I would prioritize you markets by either:
- Most experience in or knowledge of
- Largest ability to gain traction in new market (either because of lack of competition or name recognition (yours or the...

100% the flexibility. I can set my day around when I'm most productive and do other things during the "non-productive" times getting 2x as much done.
A very close second is ending the commute. Forget the $ suck, the time suck and stress reduction of not having to deal with traffic or mass transit.

I have been planning, developing, launching and maintaining websites since the early 2000s and what I have noticed is:
1. WP has now gone from the "unsafe, it will never be the enterprise solution" to the go-to solution for developers that have actual CS degrees and know how to properly build out solutions for clients.
2. A lot of "new" web-design shops that are created by UX/Designers and...

I would start with a couple of things:
1. Identify the main KPIs (that you can accurately measure) and make sure you are
measuring them on each platform.
2. Try to create as level of a playing field as possible to compare platforms.
- Every platform has it's own unique way of doing things and you need to make sure you have an equal presence on all before trying to evaluate (and none is...
