As an entrepreneur in the creative sphere, I find it beneficial to leave some aspects of projects unplanned, allowing for spontaneity and innovation. However, operating without any plan at all can lead to chaos and hinder progress.

My only suggestion would be: "Let go of things you can't control". We often take too much responsibility for the things we have no power over. Reevaluate what are the things you can do, and prioritise them. Delegate the rest.

I would want a voice navigation where I can tell my to-do plan, which will be represented in the app, and then organized in the right order of priority.

Try switching activities and let go of the situation. The more you make it an issue - the more it becomes an issue. I've been in this industry for over 20 years, and it's just a phase.

My clients usually come with their design systems and tokens, and want us to use them in our design as a base. The structure is overall similar but sometimes different. The struggle is on the designer to juggle all of them.

Consider the correct UX: fewer features - more clarity. I'm for the intuitive design of pages that are easy to navigate, brand consistency across platforms, and responsiveness.

I prefer having an option to switch between the modes. It should be a logical way, within one button reach. More work from designers and developers is involved, of course, but it's worth it when done right. However, not every website/app needs it.

Simplicity in its core. Agree with that! The world is too much of an informational overload. If you help your prospects remove the fluff and show what's really important, you win their respect.

I like working in Figma, haven't found a better replacement. The main reasons are: the client knows how to navigate it, team member knows how to use it, and multiple integrations that make life easier by automating stuff.

The users should always come first because they are the ones using it every day. Next, consider the team that builds and updates the site. Lastly, think about what the management or CEO wants. We need to make sure we listen to everyone involved but still focus on what's best for the users.

From my 18+ years of experience in this industry, design is fundamentally about caring for the customer. It focuses on improving user experience, which sells but also builds long-term relationships. Effective design considers the user's needs at every step, ensuring that their interaction is not just functional but enjoyable. This deep care for the user's experience is what makes design the...

For me, the most time-consuming part is to clean up a design system provided by the client, instead of creating it from scratch. In a design system, I look for consistency in components, ease of updates, and how well it integrates with other tools. This not only simplifies the workflow but also ensures that the websites we design can scale effectively and maintain their impact.
