I upvoted.....around 2010, as a side project, I created an webapp called www.ideashred.com where one's idea would get scored by pushing it out to his/her network for feedback. Used it mostly for gaming inside of Venture Capital course I taught. Visualizing feedback was well received by users. Good luck!

This is a really interesting idea. As a serial Founder, I've invested in several other startups for this very reason. I think the greatest impediment is the fact that not all startups are equal in the eyes of Founders.
