I see a lot of consistency here.
Up at 6am, walk with my daughter, perform my stretches (part yoga, part physio exercises re: gym injuries(!)) and then a slow start to my working day.

You could write a lot on this subject... including:
- Starting the day with the most important task.
- Regularly breaking down the bigger projects into smaller chunks.
- Be clear about what is important and what is other people's noise.
- Turn off the notifications on your PC and phone!
