I think keeping up the motivation is the biggest challenge. Burnout hasn't been a challenge for me till now. You can may be hire to avoid burnout. Hire an intern and make them do tasks that you don't enjoy.

I'm from India It's always very difficult to find events. there's no one platform where i can find all the events happening or atleast i don't know any. i just have to search a lot and then i end up feeling tired of it and not going.

Few tips that I have read are : 1. Never launch on weekend 2. Put your product on "coming soon", don't do a direct launch. 3. Start building your audience on PH first and then launch. Your reach will improve tremendously.
