I think Pairnote, Relanote, and Notagraph all sound nice. Among them I think it depends on what's unique about what you are doing. Pairnote sounds like something heavily focused on collaboration. Relanote makes me think about releasing notes, so something more focused on sharing thoughts with the world. Notagraph is better if your focusing on either visual stuff or interrelated documents.

Congrats on the launch! I like the designs. One thing I didn't understand: how does one use any of the templates? Or is it something that is still coming in the future?

Honestly, I think content and design are way more challenging than development for a small business website. Coming up with great copy & UI that will "sell". If you don't want/need a unique design, you don't really need a developer, you can just grab a template on Webflow or you tool of choice.
