Hey, PH community! 👋
We're incredibly excited to show off Procaptcha, next gen bot protection solution. Procaptcha prioritizes user privacy and seamless integration, all while keeping it light and compliant with the most stringent data protection regulations like GDPR.
Best of all, it’s a lot cheaper than reCAPTCHA 💰

If you could choose to work from any location globally, where would that be?
Have you ever imagined escaping the confines of a cubicle to work from anywhere on the globe? Imagine this: your laptop, your skills, and the entire world within reach. You have the freedom to select from serene beaches on remote islands to vibrant urban centers.
Your ideal workspace isn’t restricted by physical boundaries—it's anywhere you feel inspired.

What makes a launch go wrong?
There's lots of chat on here about how to have a good launch - my question is how would you go about making sure it's a failure.
We're launching soon (teaser: https://www.producthunt.com/products/procaptcha) and want to make sure it goes well.
Tell us what things to NOT do!

If you're open source, make sure to submit yourselves to the "awesome" github lists that fit your product (there might even be appropriate ones if you're closed source too)

We're talking about privacy and building publicly here. https://prosopo.io/blog/
If you want to hear about Google being terrible at privacy, bundling with, niche Typescript problems and more, take a look!
Despite us only starting to get blogging, we're finding that it's already helping gain organic traffic. Plus, if we help solve some people's bugs that'll make me happy!
If you have a blog drop the link, let's see what you guys are writing about.

Hey Ivan,
The good news is that if people are abusing your free tier then you've got a good product!
It really depends on what type of abuse you're experiencing. If it's manual but from regular types of users, it could be as simple as limiting to ips.
Requiring email confirmation is helpful, but yeah it does provide friction. It's also worth thinking about how much this stops somebody from...
How to avoid people to abuse trial plans without asking for CC?

Absolutely love open source tailwind blocks - so difficult to find them, as half the time when I find something good half of it is paywalled.
I understand why some companies have that model, but it's a breath of fresh air to not have it.
Congrats on the launch mate!

Hey Nick,
Nice launch! Was wondering what the accessibility impact of this is?
I've looked into changing cursor appearance before, and have been worried about it's effect on accessibility of sites so have decided against it.
Best of luck with the product :)
