What app can you suggest for automated audio-translations for YouTube videos?
We at our team hate to re-invent the wheel! But, recently, we've had a need to quickly create the service to automatically translate YouTube videos to a random language.
Main idea: You provide a link to the video, and the service translates it to the language you select (with audio).
The question is: Can someone please suggest something similar so we can use the ready one instead of...

As per the question, I am trying to outline the LEAST obvious ones :) Hope the below ones qualify as such:
Hardware pros:
+ Investors are usually visual fellas, so, as long as you have images of your prototype, it's easier to get their involvement;
+ You can participate in home/car/plane/etc. shows to promote your product;
+ Hardware usually uses standards which are robust and reliant and...

Scientists sometimes collect the data with no specific purpose and only after decades they have the tools which can use/decode that data into something useful. (E.g. enormous amount of work the group of women has done a century ago to map as many stars on the sky as possible in Harvard).
So, I would suggest to do the same - collect anything you can and, trust me, that data you collect now can...

From my observation, a high performer is not stopping when they see the problem in front of them - they just keep pushing until the goal is reached (or until they've tried everything they could to overcome the problem)
What are some characteristics you have observed in high performers?

Just to add that it is very hard to find a startup mission, e.g. what is it actually been built for :)

You can always try various top level domain names, like .io (valet.io) or .us (zoom.us), etc. There are heaps of options :)
Also, you can add get at the beginning (getbootstrap.com), or app at the end (butterapp.com), etc. With these additions, the naming with the trivial words becomes easier :)
How do you find your new project's name, domain, and logo?

You never know which strings will be the ones changing your fate :) As YC application is not a big problem to fill out, I think the one can easily try and see. If they are selected - well, that means that someone believed in their idea. If not selected, well, at least the one knows that there is something what needs to be improved.

When you were a kid you most likely was making up some names or abbreviations which are still memorable in your head, right? Just pick three of them and combine in any order you want. In the end, you are having different passwords which are easy to remember for you, but not for anyone else :) As a delimiter, you can use for the first one: dash (-), for the second one: hash (#).
For example,...
What is your best advice for creating a good password manually?

I would say, personal life gets the biggest hit in such cases. Just join me on counting through 24 hours on a business day:
9 hours (job + commute)
8 hours - sleep
2 hours - breakfast and dinner
3 hours - side project
= 22 hours
That means that only 2 hours are actually left for family, games, friends, groceries, etc. :)

In my home country a service carrier can actually sell your phone number to another person meaning that every single service attached to it automatically goes to the new phone number owner. No joke! I've actually experienced that change once! But that's rather an exception I would say. So, yes, emails are better - IMHO :)

Technical skills are good for PM, but they can actually be harmful for the product itself. Just imagine that you have to do PM, but you see some technical problems in the product and instead of telling your technical team to make the change, you actually start telling them the technical bits of what they need to perform, or, even worse - do it for your team! Just imagine how much time you would...
How deep should be the technical knowledge of a PM ?

You can, for example use short animations outlining your project's features (so people can just scroll through at the pace they want). Examples below:

- Do not be afraid to break things (this way you learn how their components work);
- Start building your code culture right now! (e.g. stick to the same casing style, naming patterns, etc.);
- If a thing seems complicated, do not forget to make a manual for yourself (or at least keep the links);
