Recently I got acquainted with the book "Talent is Overrated: What Really Separates World-Class Performers from Everybody Else" (Geoff Colvin), in which the author gives very strong arguments in favor of the fact that hard work is more important than talent.

The use of an understandable and convenient tool for storing and working with information, for collaboration was very encouraging for me personally! The virtual board weje.io has become such a tool for me.
I think it's important to offer employees good tools to solve their problems, but not too hard to learn.

The hardest thing for me is to divide my work and personal time. Unfortunately, when I work remotely, I almost always work overtime. Another serious problem is lack of physical activity. We recently bought an exercise bike - I hope it will help me move more.

In some situations, the pros and cons table on https://weje.io/ online whiteboard works well for me! :) I also use mind maps for serious information systematization to make it easier to analyse.

I work remotely, but now I would prefer to work in the office several times a week. The fact is that at home I don't have a clear distinction between work and personal time and it seems that I'm always at work, while there are very few new impressions and physical movement. Working in an office at least a few days a week would solve this problem.
On the other hand, in this scenario, I would...

Hey! I use a service for systematizing information, too, but another one - http://weje.io. I put my skills and other relevant information on colored cards, which I combine into sheets - for example, "soft skills", "hard skills", "goals" ets. On the same online board, I store all the information that may be needed to confirm the experience (for example, my articles - they can be disclosed and...

Flexibility is a very important and valuable aspect of remote work. You can determine for yourself where to live and work, you can significantly influence the daily routine, you do not need to waste time on a commute.

I work from home and unfortunately don't have a clearly defined working time. This usually means that I sit at work all day. This is very harmful to health, so apart from food breaks, I allocate half an hour to sports once a day and every few hours I give myself the opportunity to rest for 15 minutes.
Do you take regular breaks when you are working (WFH or Office)? If so, how often?

Hey! Raise self-confidence. Confident people make good impression even if do mistakes. Imagine that the audience is your acquaintances and friends. It would make you calmer. That all is about stage fright. If you feel confident enough, focus on the manner of speech - it should be unhurried and non-monotonous.

I like the unusual practice at my friend's work. Several times a week, each employee can hold a video call with a random employee from another country during working hours. It's called "coffee talk" or something like that. Cool practice! Also, they organize cooking evenings online.

I use weje.io for collecting any kind of information I work with or might need later - any links, notes, files. You can put any of those directly to the board. I'm absolutely happy about this system :) Everything in one place!

Some of my friends have such a problem - they overeat at home. I am lucky as I eat intuitively very successfully, that is, I eat only when the body needs food and only the necessary amount both at home and in the office. However, I know that it can be difficult to resist if you have a delicious piece of cake or snacks at home.

I really like the practice for acquaintance and communication of employees, which is used by an international company in which my good friend works. This practice assumes that several times a week each employee can spend a certain part of his working time (something about 30 minutes) talking by video with another randomly selected employee from other country. They call it "coffee talk" or...
