One of the most frustrating things for me is realizing that sometimes, after spending time on high-quality edits, videos with lower production quality can actually perform better. Makes me question where to focus my effort :(

Personally, I would prioritize their values and alignment with the vision. Skills can be taught, but values drive long-term success.

If the message can be effectively conveyed in short form, it's often better. People tend to prefer concise content unless they're deeply interested or engaged in the topic.

My First Ever Launch Tomorrow! (October 9th)
Hey everyone,
I’m both excited and a bit nervous to share that my free web app, SatirifyMe, will be launching on Product Hunt tomorrow! 🎉 After all the hard work and dedication I’ve put into creating this 18th-century-style satirical text paraphraser, I can’t wait to finally share it with the world.

I really appreciate the concept behind SaaS Hunt—it’s a fantastic platform for discovering and submitting useful SaaSes. I've even submitted mine!
However, I noticed that the website isn’t fully optimized for mobile. The text is difficult to read, as it feels like a desktop layout squeezed onto a portrait phone screen.
Additionally, when submitting my SaaS, I ran into an issue where my logo...

It really depends on the context and purpose of the design!
However, I prefer minimalism because it creates a clean, focused user experience that emphasizes key elements. I’ll consider maximalism only when it adds character and creativity to a project.
What are your thoughts on minimalism in design, and do you prefer it over maximalism or vice versa?

What I do is that I prioritize feedback that aligns with my long-term goals. If the feedback improves user experience without straying from the core vision, I’ll incorporate it. Otherwise, I'll stick to the original roadmap to stay true to the product's purpose.

If I could go back, I’d tell myself that getting the minimum viable product (MVP) out is the most important step. Focus on launching quickly, gathering feedback, and iterating—perfection can come later!

The biggest obstacle I’ve overcomed at this point in time was convincing myself that people would actually appreciate what I built.
It required a lot of self-reflection to push through my doubts, especially during times of low motivation. I learned that believing in my vision and being open to iteration is essential.

I believe there are already systems that automate resume screening, but I hope AI will continue to improve, enhancing candidate matching and reducing bias. However, it will still be crucial for hiring managers to be involved in the process.
