Highly recommend Ramp's podcast. Believe it was formerly called "FinOps Today" and switched to now be called "Recession-Proof - a podcast by Ramp"
One of my favorite episodes is "How Joe Garafalo is reimagining todayβs finance tech stack" featuring the founder of Mosaic.tech @joe_garafalo

For those new to the startup world, I highly recommend 'The Hard Thing About Hard Things: Building a Business When There Are No Easy Answers' by Ben Horowitz (Founder of A16z).
Another one which I also love is 'Amp It Up: Leading for Hypergrowth by Raising Expectations, Increasing Urgency, and Elevating Intensity' by Frank Slootman (CEO of Snowflake)
