Hi Etan,
Thank you for your feedback. Yes, on the landing page there's a section "Why Bookly?". I'll paste it in here for your reference :)
Cost saving -
The average person reads 12 books a year. For a company of 50 employees sharing their collections, that amounts to a saving of $9,600 per year! For a company of 200 that's a saving of $38,400 per year

Hey Product Hunters, thanks for "checking out" (little library pun for you there) Bookly!
🤔 I built Bookly to solve my own problem. I work in a start-up with some really driven people with a passion for reading and self-improvement. We were constantly recommending and lending books to each other but there was no easy way to keep track of who owned which book, which books we loaned to others...

Employees have their own collection of amazing books at home, and many of them are happy to share with their colleagues. Bookly allows you to search, add, checkout and lend books to others in your organization.

How difficult is building out a subscription / payment gateway for your service? Are the costs of those integrations worth the time saved?

The way I stay motivated is to achieve a state of flow, which is a combination of 2 things for me (first one's a bit weird but it works for me):
1. Listen to music that plays at certain frequencies, like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aRnw-bSQ5XM&t=4s. Honestly can get into hours of deep work listening to these.
2. Have a balance of doing work that is familiar (things you can do almost on...

Anyone have difficulty prioritizing?
I have a frustration and I'd love to validate an idea to solves that problem.
The Problem:
As an indie developer I love simple tools like Trello for managing feature backlog but I find it really difficult to prioritise work when I have a stack of accumulating cards to sift through. I'm familiar with ICE / RICE scoring techniques, but they just feel clunky when dealing with digital...

Yes or No started off as a basic poll game to find out people's opinions on every day things/behaviours/opinions. As development of the app progressed, I found that the best questions posted were actually really controversial opinions. Some of the results were quite surprising.
I hope for the community to continue in that vein. Whether it does or not depends on the audience and what they find...

Hi, I'm James, an independent developer from Ireland with a passion for making great experiences through building casual games. I used to play the "would you rather" game with my wife to pass time on long plane journeys. I downloaded multiple apps for this type of game, but there was always something that frustrated me with the experience.
I wanted to build an awesome game that offered...
