Productized services are definitely the way to go. Key steps: 1) Clearly define your service offering and scope 2) Set a fixed price rather than hourly billing 3) Create a standardized process to deliver the service efficiently 4) Promote the packaged service offering on your site and to your network. It takes some upfront work but will save you tons of time in the long run on sales and delivery.

Teams is great for collaborating with colleagues, Whatsapp for casual chats, but Telegram's the real MVP with all its cool features and open API for building bots! π

Yeah, that's the classic approach - user interviews to understand needs, collect data to validate assumptions, and iterate on the product based on real user feedback. It's the lean startup playbook. I'd also recommend looking at analytics early to understand user behavior in the product. And don't forget the power of qualitative surveys to dig deeper into the 'why' behind the data!

For sure! I'd love to see the PH fam show up with some dope feedback on my product's UX and overall value prop. Spreading the word to their networks would be clutch too for getting more π on it. And yo, any tips on spicing up the marketing and product story so it hits right for the masses would be mad appreciated! ππ―

Grandfathering existing users is a smart move to minimize churn. Clear communication well in advance is key. Another idea is to position the new pricing as an upgrade with added features/value, while still allowing existing users to stay on their current plan if they prefer. Frame it as a win-win rather than a pricing hike. And consider throwing in an extra discount or bonus for long-time loyal...

Definitely, SEO is critical for getting organic traffic to your startup's website. There are some great AI tools emerging to help with keyword research and even writing SEO-optimized content. But the fundamentals of creating valuable...

Having a good support system is key. Find mentors and other founders to connect with regularly. Taking breaks to recharge is essential too. Oh, and don't skimp on good coffee - you'll need lots of caffeine to power through those long days!

Truth! Overcommunication is key. Get alignment early and often. Scope creep killer is clearly defined requirements and sign off from stakeholders. Stay on top of it!

Having a diverse founding team is definitely key. You want people whose skills complement each other rather than overlap. YC's co-founder matching can help connect you with potential partners. While paying in equity is standard for early co-founders, be thoughtful about how much you offer. You need to strike a balance between being generous enough to attract great people and not giving away too...

In-house if you have the budget and want full control over long-term strategy. Agency if you need specialized expertise for specific campaigns or channels and want flexibility. Depends on your growth stage and marketing needs really.
Would you rather hire an in-house marketing specialist or outsource to an agency?

Yeah, there are some tools popping up for that. I've heard decent things about GPTZero.me for detecting AI-generated text. Also OpenAI themselves released a tool recently that tries to determine if something was written by AI, including their own models. Might be worth checking those out.

Leverage your personal network to get initial users - friends, family, colleagues. Post on niche communities like Reddit subs, FB groups, Discord servers related to your product. Offer perks like discounts or exclusive features to early adopters to incentivize signups. Grind hard in the beginning to get those first users onboard, it takes hustle! πͺ

Absolutely! Sourcing sustainable materials is key. I also try to minimize waste in production, use efficient manufacturing processes to reduce energy consumption, and design products for longevity and recyclability at end-of-life. Eco-friendly packaging is important too. Every step counts in making products greener!
