I really enjoyed this episode. The idea behind the show is to give old Esquire long form pieces new life by revisiting them, reading excerpts, and giving them some updated context through interviews. I hope more magazines start bringing their content to podcasting in this way.

Bill Simmons makes his triumphant return to podcasting after being fired by ESPN for criticizing Roger Goodell (among other things). Now he works for HBO. So he can criticize whoever he wants (and curse!). He's one of the best podcasters out there and it's great to have him back.
