Sigh, yet another app I liked lost to a subscription business model.
I fully appreciate that app developers need sustainable revenue. I'm happy to pay for upgrades every year, assuming they're reasonably priced. But I will never, EVER subscribe, where I lose access entirely if I choose not to pay.
I'm OK with the transition you guys chose, where previous customers get access to everything...

Generally seems like a good idea, however the services are limited here in New York City, which renders the app not particularly useful.
On the travel side it only has Lyft and "Flit" (?) for travel, missing the market-leader Uber and several others like Gett and Via. Would be great to see Arro support also for NYC taxis.
On the food delivery side it has delivery.com and Yelp/eat24, but...
Accomplice
The "Kayak" for on-demand apps.
