Been asking the customer support to cancel my billing account, and have been getting an automated response that they will get in touch in one day but have not heard anything. The chat is unavailable all the time. More over dont have an option to cancel billing. I mean this absolutely forced payment now. As deductions of 100$ take place every month, and its been 2 months since my first complaint.
