Tried Obsidian… Formatting not great for me, overly fiddly. Tried notion, UX on iOS not as good as Craft. Settled on Craft for its simplicity, speed at which I can create notes and also offline sync.

I just gave it ago today with a csv of verbatim customer feedback. Love it!

Looks like a good idea, one comment would be that there aren't mobile views (at least not for the ones I've checked out). I'd consider these really important considering that: - For most industries, a significant part of the journey (even if it's just research) will be carried out on mobile - The content hierarchy and IA layouts often change. Keep up the good work though :)

Nice idea, however the failure reasons aren't that insightful... i.e "Dinnr - failed because there wasn't a market"... even though today you have the likes of Gusto and HelloFresh doing the exact same thing (and successfully)
