The ABCs of product "always be capturing" lol.
For me, where I capture decisions depends on the impact of the decision:
does it impact the overall product strategy?
the product development process?
a specific feature or epic?
And it's important to establish and socialise a source of truth for documented product decisions - this is regardless of whether you are in a startup or a big...

This is fantastic! Our team is remote and we use Slack a lot. This is a great way to socialise data with the rest of the team. Congratulation on your launch!

We have explicit asks like NPS and other surveys. We also like to create features in the app that give us feedback without having to ask for it. Creating some exclusivity in a beta group also identifies users who want to give you feedback because they love the product. At the end of the day, it's important for users to know the feedback actually drives product improvements.

In the same galaxy, mis-alignment always sets us back. We work really hard to get alignment and consensus on decisions, however some things do slip through the cracks.
I'm curious, how is your organisation structured? Are you able to get answers directly from your stakeholders? Or do you need to run your questions up the food chain?

I like to organise my inbox like I do my daily tasks. The most important stuff at the top and the rest below. We use gmail so labels, stars and flags keep all my topics sorted. I mark anything I don't care to see as spam and delete the rest.
At one time I used tool called Sanebox, it was very helpful for filtering out garbage emails. My only complaint is that the other saneboxes became...

Absolutely! Even more so with remote teams. There are ways to incorporate team building activities into everyday work such as facilitating workshops instead of meetings, pairing and swarming on projects together. This way, one would not have to put a great deal of effort into virtual happy hours as the sole means for team building activities. Daily stand-ups and weekly retrospectives are also a...

Goal setting and prioritisation are my keys to success. Every morning I make a list of must haves and nice to haves for the day. I take care of the must haves first and everything else I get to that day is a bonus. I timebox my efforts so I do not fall into rabbit holes - getting lost in the work.

We do daily standups, weekly data office hours and demos with our leaders and managers to keep them abreast more consistently. Meetings are kind of rough when there is no agenda or set deliverables to walk out of the discussion with. Do you feel comfortable asking your manager to do something different? perhaps ask her what she intends to take away from these catch-ups? If you are able to...
