HR folks! After interviewing someone, how do you collect everyone's feedback?

Hello! I'm currently working on RoundUp, which is a Google Meet extension that automatically collects everyone's feedback on a candidate through a popup box inside Google Meet (employees can type in their feedback inside Google Meet, assuming it was an online interview). I'm curious as to how you collect interview reviews at the moment - most HR professionals I've talked to use Google Forms...

Asking for product feedback: How do you collect everyone's feedback after each interview?

First time creating and launching a MVP so definitely could use a piece of major advice here!
