After 2-4 hours of work, I take a running break and run 3-5 km. This boosts my energy and clears my mind and I find that I am much more productive and focused after the run.
I also make sure to take shorter breaks where I move. Either by taking a short walk for 5+ minutes or by doing some squats or taking 10 minutes on a cross trainer.
I can literally feel the increased blood-flow to my brain...
