I've worked alongside QA teams where they used Loom to record the QA flows to give us engineers better feedback and a visual look at the issue. It works really well and with Atlassian scooping it up it'll better improve the workflow with teams that use the Atlassian stack for development and customer service.
There are a good deal of use cases for Loom that fits right in with the Atlassian...
Loom acquired for $975 million by Atlassian! 🤯

I'll do my best to respond and address what the feedback is. Getting constructive feedback is always a benefit, good or bad. If it's not constructive I'll attempt a conversation around the feedback to find out if there is a way to make it constructive. You can only improve, not only your product but yourself, with feedback.

I think it really depends on the team. I've been on teams where it has been highly productive, but on the flip side some of the teams I've been on it would be a disaster. Not everyone thrives with competition as it can put a lot of unnecessary stress on the wrong personality type.

The first pass for my app was based on personal experience and not finding a tool that met the needs I was looking for. After some time I started noticing a pattern in the app reviews and have been using the customer feedback to help drive and refine the app so as to fill in the gaps that my users cannot find elsewhere.

Take a step back and meditate for 10-15 minutes to clear my mind and bring focus and clarity to the problem. Usually makes the task easier with a clear head.
That and having a conversation with a colleague around to topic to get a new perspective for the challenge at hand.

I'd say between 60-80. If I could select both I would. There is always something to do. I try to however dedicate at least one day as a complete rest day. Some weeks it's not possible but it's a goal.
