Solid question.
I think this is a pretty nuanced thing and not every situation is the same. However, I don't believe that just because a market is already crowded, there will be no gaps or unfulfilled needs. If there's a demographic that's been alienated out of a certain category, they will likely be excited by a new option regardless of how many competitors there are in the space.

In remote working environments, I find that I use docs a bit more informally. And by that I mean that collaborative docs are natural places for collaboration, brainstorming and collective thought with the rest of the team.
Whereas in an in-office setting, I find documents are a more firm "source of truth" owned by the maker and shouldn't be edited without express permission.

I think this is a great approach. I've personally fallen victim to the trap of jumping into a doc and commenting my thoughts immediately. Taking the time to slow down and fully read the doc seems like it would greatly improve the quality of feedback! Excited to put this into practice.

Absolutely! We're already seeing some use cases for AI in Google Docs. But here are some ways I imagine it could be super helpful (at least in my workflows)
- Consolidating multiple comments with common themes together. For example, if a team is providing feedback on a document and 2 people provide similar feedback, AI would recognize this and group the comments.
