I built an AI co-founder that keeps me accountable — here's what I learned

Six months ago I was building alone. No co-founder, no team, just me and a long list of tasks I kept rearranging instead of shipping.

The problem wasn't motivation. It was that I had no one to think with. No one to tell me when I was spiralling on the wrong thing. No one to ask "did you actually talk to a user this week?"

I tried accountability partners, Notion dashboards, daily standups with myself. Nothing stuck.

So I built BuildMind an AI that acts like a co-founder who actually knows your startup. It tracks your momentum, runs a nightly reflection loop to catch when you're drifting, and pushes back when you're optimising the wrong thing.

Which social media strategy worked best for selling your product? On which platforms?

Throughout the years in marketing, I ve witnessed many different approaches to how people use social media to sell a product (or themselves).

It always depends on the final customer; I can clearly see that companies usually bet on a few things:

their personal brand (often LinkedIn and X, e.g. Levelsio and Marc Lou for B2B, or Instagram in the case of influencers and their products)
purely paid ads (across Meta e.g. minimalist phone, where there is almost no organic content)
community-driven growth (Discord, Reddit, Facebook groups, Slack communities, etc.)

Should Agents access to all the messages of channels or should only get what we send ?

While building Niyam AI , we had a discussion on if we should let the agent read all the messages coming into the channel or dm , this would reduce the friction for users to enter what they worked on. But we thought of having a deeper discussion with PH Community on this when we launch.
For now it gets only what you sent to it.
Let me know what PH community and folks think about this.
