Serious problem with that. In general I always believed people don't work when they are at home... so what we did is a little extreme... we required every programmer to be in team video... ended up badly... I seriously was scared to go to the bathroom...

I dont do anything. Just work everyday until I drop. When I am at the office people are running after me for answers.... I guess I should work on that.
