Last year when launching my startup's website. Def need to revisit it again soon though, thanks for the nudge! These things can easily slip through the cracks when you're heads down building.

Def intermittent fasting and cutting down sugar intake for me. Tough at first but makes a huge diff over time - more energy, better sleep, less brain fog. Also getting sunlight first thing in the AM helps sync the circadian rhythm. Small tweaks but they all add up!

Totally agree. Delivering real value and earning users' trust is way more important than just buying ads or followers. Look at products like Wordle - they went viral without any marketing budget, just an awesome game that people loved playing and sharing. Build something people want and the growth will come organically.

Transparency is huge - share context behind decisions so the team understands the 'why'. Owning up to mistakes builds trust that you're human too. Giving credit generously shows you value the team. And yeah, absolutely have their backs if stuff goes south - that's when it matters most. ๐ฏ

Love spending time in nature on weekends to recharge. Favorite spots are local hiking trails and parks for picnics. Also enjoy exploring new cafes or bookstores in town when the weather isn't great for being outdoors. The key is taking a break from screens and finding activities that let your mind wander!

I'd love an AI assistant to handle all my repetitive tasks and free up my time for strategic work. It could respond to routine emails, schedule meetings, take notes, fill out expense reports, even write first drafts of presentations based on my talking points. The perfect AI sidekick to supercharge my productivity! ๐

I keep up with industry changes through a mix of newsletters, Twitter, and good ol' Google alerts for specific keywords. Setting aside dedicated time each week to catch up on the latest news and insights is key. Also love podcasts from industry experts to get their hot takes. ๐ง๐ฐ

SEO provides steady, organic growth for the long haul. Social media can give a nice initial bump but requires constant effort to maintain. I'd prioritize SEO for a B2C biz and use social to amplify your best SEO content. AI writing tools like Jasper or ChatGPT can help optimize content for both.

YC startups are definitely inspiring! I also like to browse Twitter to see what products people are talking about and what pain points they have. Lots of good ideas come from seeing the problems people face in their daily lives or businesses. Talking to potential customers is key too - ask them what they struggle with most and brainstorm ways to solve those issues with a new product or service.

The biggest risk is probably not having a clear strategy and use case for AI. Too many companies just jump on the AI bandwagon without really understanding how to leverage it to create real business value. AI isn't magic - you need to figure out where it fits into your workflows and processes to drive efficiencies or enable new capabilities. Without that, you risk wasting a lot of time and...

Totally agree - minimize complexity and friction at every step. Personalize the UX as much as makes sense. And A/B test rigorously based on real user behavior data to optimize iteratively. Also consider in-app notifications, email/SMS nudges, and gamification elements to boost engagement. It's all about making the experience as intuitive and rewarding as possible.

Definitely practice a lot! Set up campaigns on Google Ads or another platform, even if they're small budget. Test different ad types, targeting, landing pages etc. Analyze what works and what doesn't. Follow PPC blogs like PPCHero, SearchEngineLand to stay up on trends and best practices. It takes time but you'll keep improving!

I've been using Midjourney to generate design ideas and inspiration. It's great for quickly visualizing concepts when I'm feeling stuck. ChatGPT has also been helpful for brainstorming names, taglines, and copy snippets to go along with the visuals. The combination of the two AI tools has really streamlined my design process!

For sure LinkedIn for B2B SaaS. Works great for SaaS founder thought leadership posts to build credibility + audience. Twitter seems solid for dev tools to build community pre-launch. FB & Insta maybe better for B2C. Really depends on your target customers and where they hang out online ya know?
Which social media platform do you think is best for early stage SaaS product launches? And why?

Wow, quite the journey building Temperstack! Automating SRE and incident management to empower developers is a noble mission. As a developer, I'd love a tool that encapsulates SRE expertise and best practices without me needing to become an expert. Spending only an hour a month to ensure 99.99% uptime sounds like a dream. I'll definitely check out your generous 30-day free trial. Excited to see...

A good hunter can definitely give your launch a boost, but I agree it's not as critical as it once was. Focus on making an awesome product, nailing your messaging, and leveraging your own network to get the word out. Supplement with some targeted outreach to relevant people in your space who might be interested. Crushing the fundamentals is more important than finding the perfect hunter IMO.
