I wanted a performance review tool that did the only thing I needed it to do.
Help me make perfect performance reviews.
A tool that only asks the questions that matter.
A tool that isn't trying to become my main CRM
A tool that's so simple, I implicitly just get it
(Okay, I also wanted to make a statement that technology doesn't need to cost $5 per person per month)

If your product doesn't resonate.
If you work hard enough you can usually find initial clients.
How long do those clients stick around
How many referrals come from those clients
Do your customer conversations inform you that you have some edge or not
When do you shut down or pivot?

I just subscribed to SurgeGraph. It is really great BUT you do have to customise the writing.
People will read interesting articles that offer new perspectives as well as new data points. GPT4 can't provide either because it is, by definition, a backwards-looking platform.

You really need the following
1. An existing network for your first sales. Few people give credence to this entry barrier. If you solve a problem in an industry you operate in, you already know the natural customers. (This is from experience of doing it twice)
2. Outbound - Finding the ideal customer personas and using cold reach out to get them in the door. You probably need some social...

Absolutely not. Currently AI start-ups are getting constantly funded.
The initial hype cycle will probably last a year to two

Your website is beautiful and it's an interesting concept you've made.
The most important part is the hiring and training of your schedulers.
One of the key reasons that X.AI failed was because when the AI made a mistake on a very complex scheduling flow, all trust was gone.
If one scheduler has a bad day, they could damage a lot of business SO make sure you focus on them!
I failed many times here's why

Very cool approach to improving the customer experience. Winning the chat domain from an installed provider may be tough but if you are offering revenue improvement, you're onto something.

I think every business is impacted.
At the end of the day, there will be a number of processes that can now be shortened or fully automated.
A lot of people are focusing on new businesses with GPT which, although cool, has no barriers to entry.
The real power is in the businesses that simply implement it where it makes the most sense.
Is your business affected with the advent of AI / ChatGPT ???
