This is a great topic @kacperraubo as many people aren't familiar with buying psychology. Reviews play on preference, which heavily influences buying behavior. You typically read reviews about products you're either consciously or subconsciously considering to use/purchase. Reviews can tip the scale.
Personally, I don't use them a great deal for software because I find they aren't always...

This is precisely why I made www.matchsp.com. The whole idea is that user search intent for B2B SaaS should be inherent to any B2B marketing solution. I've never found a perfect marketing service for B2B SaaS, and that's what we are trying to build. Something that works the way B2B SaaS does, including support for the channel.
With that said, organic is a must, and we're currently optimizing...
Ranking on Google and getting traffic is one thing. But does it really help when comes to B2B deal?

Popcorn, working at a movie theater in highschool. I was committed to customer service and was shocked when I would get tips. I mean, the popcorn was already $8, who would spend more than that and why? Decent human interaction will always be valuable. Great question, I forgot about that.

I've become a huge fan of no-code after several failed attempts and building a technical team. I think no-code can be very efficient at building an MVP, and it's the only way I'm doing it from now on. Best of luck.
